一、概述Outline
QJ（D/S）R型精小型氣動O型切斷球閥一種轉角為90°的旋轉類控制閥。它由氣動活塞式執(zhí)行機構和O型球閥組成，閥芯采用圓柱形通孔球體。QJ（D/S）R型為軟密封球閥、QJ（D/S）RY型為硬密封球閥。
該產品以壓縮空氣為動力源，接受集散控制系統(tǒng)（DCS），可編程控制器（PLC）等開關信號，通過電磁閥可實現對閥門快速位式控制。
該產品采用直通型鑄造閥體，球面經特殊工藝加工和硬化處理，使其表面光滑耐磨，具有壽命長、結構緊湊、動作可靠、流通能力大、流阻系數小、安裝方便及良好的切斷性能等特點。產品廣泛應用于造紙、石化、冶金、航天、食品、醫(yī)藥、水處理等行業(yè)，特別適用于高黏度和含有纖維介質的工藝控制。
氣動活塞式執(zhí)行機構可分為單作用和雙作用兩種。雙作用使用在失電或失氣時，閥門處于失電或失氣時的位置，以確保繼續(xù)生產。單作用在失電或失氣時，閥門處于原始極限位置（全開或全閉），以確保生產過程處于安全位置。

Pneumatic piston actuators can be divided into single and double acting two. Dual role in the loss of power or loss of use of gas when the valve is out of power or loss of gas when the position to ensure continued production.
